Service Agreement
At Virtual Assistance by Debra, I value professionalism, transparency, and your time. The following terms are designed to ensure a seamless and efficient working relationship from the very beginning.
- Payment Policy: All services are secured in advance. Once we’ve determined the scope of work and hours required, you will receive a secure payment link to complete your booking.
- Project Scheduling: Services will commence within 24 hours of confirmed payment, ensuring timely support for your business needs.
- Time Tracking & Transparency: All work is carefully tracked using Clockify, providing accurate and reliable records of time spent on your tasks.
- Weekly Account Updates: Clients will receive a detailed email every Monday outlining remaining hours and usage, keeping you fully informed at all times.
- Service Continuation: Services will pause once all purchased hours have been fulfilled. Additional hours may be secured at any time to ensure uninterrupted support.
- Validity of Hours: Purchased hours are valid for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase or until fully utilized, whichever comes first.
- Please contact me during regular Business hours,messages will be answered on the next business day.
- So please contact Tuesday thur Saturday during business hours.
- Payment made is our agreement to work together.
